By using, accessing, viewing, transmitting, storing, or otherwise utilizing any of the services, content, or functions of this website or participating in the Jungli Experiential Learning Residency ("Residency"), you signify your consent to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the website or applying for participation in the Residency.

1. Introduction

This website and associated programs belong to Jungli the Nomad Village, a property of Exalt Enviroklen Private Limited ("the Company," "we," or "us").

By accessing our website or applying for participation in Jungli programs, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any supplementary residency guidelines, privacy policies, or agreements issued to you individually.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change or update these Terms at any time. All changes take effect immediately unless otherwise specified, and continued use of the Site or Residency participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Nature of the Program

Jungli operates as an Experiential Learning Residency, not a resort, hotel, or commercial accommodation provider.

Our programs are application-based and designed for individuals, families, and professionals pursuing learning, creative growth, and community participation.

By engaging with Jungli, you acknowledge that:

• Your participation is part of an educational residency, not a commercial lodging or tourism transaction.
• Jungli's services are designed to facilitate learning, collaboration, and personal development - not passive leisure or consumption.
• Acceptance into any program is by selection only, at the full discretion of the Company.

3. Application, Acceptance & Program Contribution

• Applicants must apply through the official process, outlining their learning intention or project goal.
• Selected applicants will receive a Residency Offer Letter detailing the duration, contribution amount, and program inclusions.
• The Program Contribution Fee covers infrastructure, facilitation, and community operations - it is not rent, booking, or room charge.
• Fees are non-refundable except under extraordinary circumstances, determined solely by the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw offers based on applicant alignment, conduct, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Residency Conduct & Learning Environment

Residents agree to uphold the integrity of Jungli's learning community by:

• Maintaining a clean, respectful, and substance-free environment.
• Participating in group sessions, learning activities, and community life.
• Respecting the privacy, safety, and autonomy of others.
• Following sustainability and safety protocols across all facilities.
• Abstaining from any disruptive, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of residency without refund.

5. Website Use

The Jungli website and its content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful or commercial purpose, including data mining, unsolicited promotion, or unauthorized communication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity conducted under your credentials.

We do not warrant that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access without liability.

6. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All materials on the Site - including trademarks, logos, designs, videos, photographs, text, and creative content - are the intellectual property of Exalt Enviroklen Private Limited.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.

Content created by residents during the residency remains their personal intellectual property. However, by participating, residents grant Jungli the right to document community life (through photography or video) and to use such media for educational or promotional purposes.

7. Restrictions on Use of Materials

You may download or print materials from the Site for personal, non-commercial, educational reference only, provided that all copyright notices remain intact.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or public distribution of the Site's materials or branding is strictly prohibited.

8. Submissions & Communications

Any messages, ideas, feedback, or creative submissions you provide through the Site or during the Residency become the non-exclusive property of the Company.

By submitting content, you grant us the right to use such materials for documentation, program improvement, or promotional purposes without obligation of compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Neither the Company nor its directors, employees, affiliates, or agents shall be liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Residency or use of the Site.
• Interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, or errors in content or service delivery.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.

You agree that participation in the Residency and use of this Site are entirely at your own risk.

The Company's liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the program fee paid for the period in question.

10. Disclaimer

All information and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site, the Residency, or associated materials.

We do not warrant that the Site, communications, or facilities will be free of viruses or interruptions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exalt Enviroklen Private Limited, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

• Your participation in any Jungli program;
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws;
• Any injury, loss, or damage caused by your negligence, misconduct, or breach of community rules.

12. Links to Third-Party Sites

Any external links provided on our website are for informational purposes only. We do not control or endorse third-party content and assume no responsibility for its accuracy or safety. Access to external links is at your own risk.

13. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your residency or access to the Site without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct contrary to Jungli's values.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the Site and vacate the campus immediately if applicable.

14. Privacy & Communication Consent

By using the Site or participating in a residency, you consent to receive communications via email, WhatsApp, or phone related to your application, participation, or updates - even if your number is registered under DND/NCPR.

You also authorize the Company to share necessary information with third-party service providers to facilitate communication, operations, and compliance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dharwad District, Karnataka.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full effect.

16. General Provisions

These Terms, together with Jungli's Privacy Policy and Learning Residency Agreement, constitute the entire understanding between you and the Company.

No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by your participation.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page.
