What you get
Bring your dog, your cat. Up to two pets per villa. Yard space, forest walks, and plenty of animal company on campus.
Two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, the whole home inside is yours. Fans and forest shade keep it cool, there is no AC yet.
Dual-line failover internet. UPS keeps essentials running through power cuts. You can work without thinking about the grid.
Gas or induction cooktop and a water filter so you can cook your own meals. Otherwise, walk to Big for a home-cooked meal with the community!
A real yard inside 150 acres of forest. Let your pet roam, watch deer at dusk, soak in the sunset. The villas are twin quarters, so you share the front and back yard with the home next door.
Pool, gym, cafe, trails, Soch, coworking, pickleball. Full campus access. The community is right there when you want it.

The room is upstairs, with one bathroom available just outside the door, and another one downstairs.

If you're here for the long term, this is the rent up front for the entire 2BHK, exclusively yours, complete with a furnished kitchen so you can cook your own meals, or join us at Big for ₹300/meal.
