The village in motion

Our aim: a 100-person village where everyone finds their fit.

Jungli started with one big coliving. Year two, we added two more. The next chapter is about giving residents real choice, across different price points, different levels of privacy, different ways of living in the jungle.

An affordable one-bedroom tiny home

Your own front door. Your own space. Still on campus, still part of Jungli, still with all the meals and coworking and people, but with a private home to come back to at the end of the day.

Who the tiny homes are for

Not everyone wants to colive. Some people need a door they can close.

The solitude nomad

You love having people around, but you work best in total quiet. A tiny home gives you both: community when you want it, silence when you need it. Walk out your door into the jungle. Walk down the path to the coworking deck. Choose.

The couple

You want to build something together, even temporarily. A tiny home gives you a space to make your own, a routine that is yours, and Jungli right outside your window. Cozy, private, and fully alive.

The family

Rent two homes side by side. The kids have their space, you have yours, and the whole campus is the backyard. Jungli is surprisingly family-shaped when you look at it that way.

What's happening, when

We break ground in 2027, based on how many people want in.

The 12 homes are designed and the land is earmarked. We start building in 2027, phased by demand. The more people who express interest now, the faster the first homes go up.

End of 2026

Gauge demand. Finalise layouts. Model home collaboration window open.

2027

First tiny homes go live. Residents move in.
